Candice Anderson Akpaka joins Face to Face Oil Services as its Human Resource manager. A Texas native, Candice received a Bachelors of Arts from Prairie View A&M University and is a former television news broadcaster.

Candice resides in the United States with her husband and daughter where she serves as the Business Development Officer for Marshal Security Office, a risk management security guard firm.
